1、打开洗菜机箱阀门，在洗菜机入水口处接入水，水量以被清洗的菜可完全没入为主。但一般情况下要将水加满水位线，即溢水口。

4、当循环水水箱水满时，可打开“循环水启动”按钮。此时循环水系统对菜进行冲浪清洗。

5、循环水系统打开后，被清洗的菜将大量向输送带运动，此时可打开喷淋系统阀门，进行喷淋清洗，而水则由输送带网格渗下参与水循环。
