1、操作前将设备放置在水平地面,确保机器放置平稳可靠;确定设备插头接触良好,无松动,无水迹;

2、检查旋转料筒内或输送带上是否有异物,如有异物必须清理干净,以免引起刀具损坏;

3、操作、调整根据所需加工的菜类选择切割模式,离心切片机用于瓜薯类硬菜的切片,竖刀部分可将叶类软菜或切好的片加工成不同规格的块、丁、菱形等各种形状;

4、安装竖刀,先转动可调偏心轮,使刀架行下死点后,再使刀架向上抬起1-2毫米,使竖刀与输送带接触后,紧固螺母把竖刀紧固在刀架上。如果刀架抬起高度小,蔬菜有可能连刀,如果刀架抬起高度过大,有可能切坏输送带.
