一、日常保养
Daily Maintenance
1、保证零部件整体性好。在操作的过程中保证仪器每一个部件锁紧，不要有松动。如果有松动，不仅不能切出满意的切片，同时也对仪器损伤很大；保证切片的一定角度。在调好该切片机的zui佳角度后，尽量不要随意调动角度，否则难以切出理想切片或出现跳片现象。

If there is loosening, not only can not cut satisfactory slices, but also damage the instrument greatly; ensure a certain angle of slices. 2、尽量少移动刀架和刀架上的部件。因为它们都是经过固定卡丁固定在一起的，如果经常移动会造成卡丁和卡槽之间磨损，容易松动或卡不牢，给切片造成困难。

4、保证室内环境的干燥及清洁，每种精密仪器都有其适应的环境及空气酸碱度条件，如果空气比较潮湿，仪器就容易生锈、生成氧化膜等现象，而且每次使用切片机的时候，都要用冰块冻蜡块，切片机旁边有温水漂片，这些都会影响空气湿度。所以在切片时应配备干燥仪器或空调。

每天使用之前要仔细检查切片机各个部件是否正常，用完之后各部件调到原位。要注意按步骤开关机，发现异常尽快维护及修理，以免发展为仪器故障。对于仪器故障，我们应仔细观察、分析，简单故障尽量自己排除，对于复杂的故障要请维修人员，并在工程师维修时做好维修记录，总结经验，以利于以后对仪器更好地保养和维修。

Pay attention to switch the machine step by step, find abnormal maintenance and repair as soon as possible, so as not to develop into instrument failure. For instrument failure, we should observe and analyze carefully, eliminate simple failure as far as possible, ask professional maintenance personnel for complex failure, and make maintenance records when engineers repair, summarize experience, in order to facilitate better maintenance and maintenance of the instrument in the future.
如果出现马达推进、后退及切片进度不正常故障（故障是线路老化引起），打开机盖后发现切片机线路板有些生锈且灰尘很多。所以在有可能的情况下，机身内线路板要定期维护，用100%乙醇擦拭，线路板插口用橡皮擦擦除表面氧化膜吗，这样可以延长线路板寿命。
