切丁切块机指适用于脱水蔬菜、速冻蔬菜加工厂及食品酱菜行业加工各种根、茎类蔬菜成正方体及长方体形状的机器总称。那么切丁切块机在使用前要做哪些准备工作呢？

2、检查壳体内是否有异物存在，将壳体内异物掉，否则容易引起刀片的损坏。
