切片机在开机前，要对限位开关、压力、安 全指示灯、气动安 全控制杆以及刀片挡板等进行检查，检查没有问题后才能接通电源，安 全联锁装置，要经常进行检查，是否能够正常工作。切片机运转时，不能进行清洁、检修及维护保养工作不能打开安 全防护门，移动光电管。如要进行这些工作，应切断设备电源，让设备处于断电状态，并挂上警示标志。

切片机翻料臂卸料位置如果出现卡料现象，应先拔掉翻料臂上的气管，然后再进行检查，排除故障，设备出现问题后，不能擅自处理，应请人员进行处理。切片机更换刀片时，应按照规定操作来进行，压力要确认已经被放空了，操作完成后，要清扫作业现场，清理机器设备，还要进行日常的维护保养。开启切片机主机电源，打开开关，利用箱体温度设置按钮设置切片机切片时所需的温度，这时温度显示窗口会同步显示设置的温度。

如果想要防止切片机的参数被更改，可以将键盘锁定，通过控制面板上的键盘锁定按钮。按下按钮5秒钟左右，当时间窗口中的两个点停止闪烁时，就表示键盘已经被锁定了，想要解锁方法同上。切片机再次开机前，应检查切片机内是否有积水，如有应处理干净后再开机。切片机如果需要长时间使用，那么可将其夜间的温度调零下十度以下，这样有利于保护切片机。
